The ranks you are able to recieve in this faction are as follows:

10) Shang Jiang - General
9) Shao jiang - major general
Da Xiao - brigadier general
7) Shang Xiao - colonel
6) Zhong Xiao - Lt.Colonel
5) Shao Xiao - major
4) Shang Wei - captian
3) Zhong Wei - First Lt.
2) Shao Wei - Second lt.
1) Xue Yuan - cadet

You start out small at Xue Yuan and work yourself up the ranks to reach Shao Jiang.
