Rules for Reporting Empty

1. Only post a report if you have proof (eg. screenshot or witness).
2. Don't report somebody here for breaking a faction rule or unofficial faction rule, that's to be dealt with within the faction itself.
3. Don't double post (same as anywhere else). Reports may not be responded to immediatly but they are read.
