Renaming

By the agreement of the leader of what was Law Enforcement, then Civilian rescue, the faction name has been changed to "The San Andreas National Guard". All forum sections to do with this faction have been renamed. However posts with the old names in will still have the old name in.
Other changes forumwise include:

Change of colour for SANG (light blue to dark purple).
Leader has had his forum name changed.
Adding of new section for applying to have forum name changed.

Changing freedom army to a Terrorist Faction.
