Freedom Army base (Hunter Quarry)
SAS Base (Aircraft Carrier)
USMC Base (Area 51)
Law Enforcement Police Stations
Civilian spawns
Military faction spawns
Vehicle spawns for both military and civilians
Skins for military factions & civilians

Removed until later versions is:

Jobs for civilians
Houses & businesses to buy
Possibly the bank, though it might still be in there
Roadblocks where you use a passport to pass them.
Many interiors.

Things still needed until a basic server is made:

Admin commands
RP commands
Normal commands
Weapons given at spawn
Military faction "armouries"
The Chinese Red Army Base (Ocean Docks)
Donator Complex in Las Venturas, along with car park
Movable gates for faction bases and Donator Complex

ok FA base is actually at el q ruins ^_^ and we have got alot of features you didnt want and uhm well yeah thats practically it

I remember the FA thing now. You gotta fix the fuel + hunger system to.

fuel systems fine but its automatic i was trying to get it on command ill do that in version 1.2
